2 Routine Inspections A routine inspection is an interior and exterior inspection that occurs at every property on a regular, recurring basis Routine Inspections: These occur every days and must be done no more than 2 days prior than the due date and no later than the due date 2 2

3 Routine Inspections What it entails:
Filling out the Routine Inspection form fully and accurately Ensuring the property is in show ready condition Calling from site if there are any issues at a property Taking photo documentation of the interior and exterior of the property 3 3

8 Routine Inspections If a property is found to be occupied during a routine inspection, document it on the form Take good photo documentation to support the occupancy before knocking on the door: Car in driveway (including license plate) Holiday decorations or other personal property Car in driveway, license clear Decorated for current holiday Mark “No” on form under “Vacant?” 8 8

9 Routine Inspections Knock on the door and, if safe to do so, get the occupant’s contact information and details of why they are there If the occupant is renting the property, ask for a copy of the lease Continue with the exterior inspection, if safe to do so 9 9

Any damages or health and safety issues These should also be noted, including measurements Heal and safety issues should result in a call from site Roof Level Photos, showing condition of roof. If leaks or damages are present, call from site. Health and Safety examples: Uncovered electric panel, uncovered outlets, missing handrails, etc. 15 15
