2. Changes from Previous Version
Removed “Administrative” service class based on received comments and discussions.
DSCP CS7 is reserved for future usage.
Changed “Network Control” service class to be use only for routing and network control. Moved DNS, DHCP, etc to “Standard” service class.
Reworded the “Multimedia Conferencing” service class behavior description from “elastic” to “rate adaptive”.
Moved the description of Ring Clipping to Appendix A.
Added/changed references as appropriate.
In VPN Service Mapping section, added reference to RFC 2983 (DiffServ and Tunnels RFC)
Minor wording cleanup.

3. Current Status and Next Steps
We addressed all the issues raised.
The co-authors are comfortable with the current state of the document.
