7 Introduction General Prerequisites
Hardware Requirements: 1x Intel Pentium CPU Minimum 2 GB, 4 GB RAM (for typical production usage) 500 MB free disk space Install on separate dedicated machine Do not install on machine, where you run SAP Business One or the integration framework of SAP Business One Further Requirements: Installation rights in the system Your database server is installed No other Tomcat installation with default configuration on machine For latest information, see SAP Note

8 Introduction Database and Operating System Prerequisites
For Microsoft 2008 or 2008 R2 operating system, execute: For Microsoft 2008 (32-bit) run vcredist_x86_patch.exe For Microsoft 2008 (64-bit) run vcredist_x86_patch.exe and vcredist_x64_patch.exe Microsoft SQL Server Enable TCP/IP protocol My SQL Get MySQL JDBC driver from mysql.com Adjust the MySQL configuration file SAP MaxDB Find SAP MaxDB JDBC driver in <MaxDBInstallationFolder>\<DatabaseName>\ db\runtime\jar\sapdbc.jar Adjust MaxUserTasks parameter for SAP MaxDB For more information, see the Administrator’s Guide in the System Setup subfolder

10 Installation On Linux I
In /root/B1iSN_Linux, select setup.bin. Choose File  Open in Terminal. Enter: ./setup.bin. Setup prepares to install….. The Terminal window opens. Enter: ./setup.bin. Setup prepares to install…..

11 Installation On Linux II
Choose Next. Choose the installation folder. The default installation folder is: /root/SAP/SAP Business One 9.0 integration for SAP NetWeaver Choose Next.

12 Installation On Linux III
Leave the default setting as it is and choose Next. SAP Business One DIProxy is currently only available for Microsoft Windows. Enter and confirm the password for the B1iadmin user. Choose Next.

13 Installation On Linux IV
Enter database information. On Linux you can use: SAP MaxDB MySQL SAP HANA Choose MySQL. Before you enter information and test the connection, you can check, whether MySQL has been started. Enter: service mysql status If the service is not running, enter: service mysql start

14 Installation On Linux V
Setup detects and suggests settings for: Database Server and Port Database Name Database Username Enter the password for database access. Choose the location where you have stored the database driver and select: mysql-connector-java bin.jar Choose Next. Setup checks the connection to the database.

15 Installation On Linux VI
Setup displays the pre-installation summary. Choose Install. To complete the installation, choose Done.

16 Installation Using SAP HANA on Linux
Setup detects and suggests settings for: Database Server and Port Default port: 30015, 00 represents SAP HANA database instance. To use another instance, for example the 01 instance, enter 30115 Database Name Database Username Enter the password for database access. Choose Next. Setup checks the connection to the database. 18 After Installation Check Integration Framework Service
In terminal, enter: service tomcat6 status If you do not get the message: integration framework server is running Enter: service tomcat6 start

19 After Installation Setting up and Starting Event Sender
Navigate to: /root/SAP/SAP Business One 9.0 integration for SAP NetWeaver/EventSender Select setup.sh and choose File  Open in Terminal. Terminal window opens. Enter: ./setup.sh EventSender Setup opens. To enter your configuration information, follow the wizard steps. To start EventSender service, enter: ./run.sh To stop EventSender service, enter: exit or close the window

20 After Installation Installing SAP Business One DIProxy on Windows
Install SAP Business One DIProxy on the SAP Business One Server. SAP Business One runs on the Microsoft Windows operation system. On Windows, run setup.exe and install SAP Business One DIProxy.

21 After Installation Starting SAP Business One integration for SAP NetWeaver
To start SAP Business One integration for SAP NetWeaver: Navigate to: /root/SAP/SAP Business One 9.0 integration for SAP NetWeaver/IntegrationServer/Tomcat/webapps/B1iXcellerator Open xcellerator.cfg. Set xcl.http.localOnly=false Save xcellerator.cfg. Restart SAP Business One Integration Service: service tomcat6 restart In a Microsoft Windows machine enter the following address to remotely login in: .system.cc/bfd/AdminConsole.bfd?!defdoc=/com.sap.b1i.vplatform .ide/ui/vIDE.B1iSN.xml

22 After Installation Importing Documentation
Setup does not import documentation to BizStore. Install it manually: Choose Maintenance  ZIP Import and navigate to <InstallationPath>\IntegrationServer\Tomcat\webapps\B1iXcellerator\B1iFDocs Import the following archives:

To add, remove components, repair or uninstall: Navigate to /root/SAP select: Change SAP Business One 9.0 integration for SAP NetWeaver installation Choose Run in Terminal and select: Add Feature Remove Features Repair product installs again the current version Uninstall Product uninstalls, but does not uninstall database
