Travel agents and travellers need content which is not available through Amadeus such as ground transportation transfers. Today this content is booked outside the desktop applications, supplied by Amadeus or any of our competitors.
Integrated Partners is a solution that allows non-GDS content and applications to be integrated in Amadeus selling interfaces.

Which partners are available?
Local partners can be made available according to individual market requirements, and new partners are implemented on a regular basis.
Today there are 14 partners available worldwide spanning the full traveller experience including airport shuttles, taxis and parking.
Do I need to install any new applications or software to use Integrated Partners?
No additional software or applications are required, a simple update of the office profile configuration is all that’s needed.
If a local partner operates in more than one market, will the service be available in all markets?
A commercial agreement between Amadeus and the Integrated Partner specifies the geographical scope from where the services is saleable.
For an extension of the scope please contact your Amadeus Representative.
What training is needed to use Integrated Partners?
Integrated Partners integrates seamlessly into existing workflows and has been designed to be as intuitive and user-friendly as possible, so no specific training is needed.
