4. PASSPORT ALERT:
Only a few people have confirmed their passport information. This needs to be done ASAP.
The airline will not let you fly if your name on your ticket and the passport do not match.

Card – Needs to be VISA (everyone needs one)
Cash – bank should do this for you but it takes time (varying on your bank)

Carry on = approximately 22" x 14" x 9“
Two reasons:
#1 – Train in Europe (changes to train overhead carrying capacity)
#2 – Time in airport

I will be giving out dietary and medical forms in the next few weeks.

Not a joke – if you don’t typically walk a lot, begin walking around your neighborhood, etc

o   Adults can select a single room option for $40/night
o   Family rooms can be arranged; 1 adult and 2 students or 2 adults and 1 student
o   We are unable to put adults and students in a room of 4
