BOR was established in 1957 under Board of Revenue Act.
It’s the custodian of three isolated systems:
LAND RECORD, held by Mukhtiarkar
for each of 126 Taluka/Sub-Division
MAPS, held by DSSLR Hyd &
regionally at 05 SSLR offices
REGISTRIES, carried out by 104 Sub-Registrar* Offices

A web portal which links Land records with map “NAQSHOW” is being introduced to allow free access to maps & land records in one place for public convenience.
E-Payments
BOR intends to bring electronic payment facility for the transactions & payment of Taxes. E-Stamp papers and electronic registration system to be implemented by NADRA during FY
