Research suggest people get different treatment during interviews based on the color of their skin (Hannon and DeFina) Black people might not get the job they deserve Government needs to address this issue

Women discriminated due to being women + women of color Workplace discrimination produce stress and other psychological health problems (Mays, Coleman, and Jackson) Women of color should be confident and set example

Preferences made based on color of skin in media industry (Harrison, Reynolds-Dobbs, and Thomas) No Oscar nomination for a black actor in Media needs to educate people against colorism
