Remember session rooms are large (seating 75 – 100 people)
Your presentation needs to be seen by those in the back of the room
Make sure your presentation is easy on the eyes
Keep text to a minimum

5. Slide options/tips
Our AV company utilizes a 16 x 9 slide format for projection.
You can use your organization’s PPT template for the bulk of your presentation (reset to 16 x 9) or the provided Quality Conference template.
If you use the Quality and Safety Conference template, most slide types you need are built into this template. Select slide format by using the drop down menu under “New Slide.”

6. Checking In
Consider adding a "checking in" slide to your presentation to check in on your audience and create interaction
Example questions:
How many of you are in charge of...?
How many of you are responsible for...?
