How to Read a myKnight Audit Report
You can click the drop-down arrow to toggle between major and minor/certificate audit reports. Degree program information, including all declared majors and minor/certificates, as well as catalog year, is listed here.

How to Read a myKnight Audit Report
If you are on academic probation, your Academic Standing will populate here. myKnight Audit Course Status Legend Completed Courses: In Progress Courses: Transfer Credit: The “collapse all” button gives you the option to collapse all fields. The “expand all” button gives you the option to expand all fields and the “printer friendly” button allows you to print your report in .pdf format. Note: Requirement areas that are “satisfied” will default to be collapsed upon opening. To see all requirement areas, click “expand all.” Requirements that will be completed with in-progress or planned courses will default to open.

The status of your progress toward degree is listed here, in red for incomplete, gold for remaining requirements in progress, or green for all requirements met. Structure has changed; GEP and state/university requirements are listed first, then CPP/lower program core, then upper level major requirements.

Make sure to expand the Legend and Disclaimer section to read the information shown there. The Legend explains the type of course that appears on the audit. Transfer courses are denoted by the course prefix and number, and a purple arrow icon. Example of status icon here

The audit disclaimer contains important information about the use of the degree audit for academic purposes.

Incomplete and No Grade requirements sections are shown directly below the Legend and Disclaimer section. If you have courses that fall into these areas, they will appear here as Unsatisfied until they change after student completes the course. If no courses apply here, the section will appear collapsed.

Here is an example of the General Education requirement section. This Requirement is Satisfied. The Green arrows face right, and the text states “Satisfied.” To view all courses taken, you may expand by clicking on the green arrows.

In Not Satisfied requirements, you will find a list of courses that can be used to meet the requirement. Each column provides information about a course. These columns can be sorted. You can click on the hyperlink to register for classes directly from the audit during registration periods. Links allow access to: Catalog information on specific courses The myUCF student center for registration.

This is an example of a note that appears after a substitution of a course (i.e. an exception) has been posted to your record. Click on the number in the Notes column to view the description of the exception that was processed. The note states that BIO0225C is used to substitute for MCB2004C.

These reference numbers help to identify Requirements on each part of the audit. If you need to report an issue with your degree audit, please contact your advisor and provide the information in parentheses for the part of your audit that needs attention.

This is a listing of all courses that are not used to satisfy degree requirements. The green check indicates you were enrolled in the course and earned a grade. The yellow diamond indicates an in-progress or planned course. A purple arrow indicates a transfer course.

Some transfer credit may appear as UCF 1000, 2000, etc in the “Course” column. This means that the courses have not yet been evaluated for equivalency to a specific UCF course.

At the bottom of the audit, under your major requirements, you will see a list of Other Courses. This is a list of courses you have taken that do not apply toward specific degree requirements. This is not a list of your course history. You can see your Course History in the PDF version of your audit. Please review the PDF audit presentation available on the Registrar’s Office website.
