Note: Requirement areas that are “satisfied” will default to be collapsed upon opening. To see all requirement areas, click “expand all.”

The Legend explains the type of course that appears on the audit. Transfer courses are denoted by the course prefix and number, and a purple arrow icon.

Incomplete and No Grade requirements sections are shown directly below the Legend and Disclaimer section. If you have courses that fall into these areas, they will appear here as Unsatisfied until they change after student completes the course. If no courses apply here, the section will appear collapsed.

15. How to Read a myKnight Audit Report
This is an example of a note that appears after a substitution of a course (i.e. an exception) has been posted to your record.
Click on the number in the Notes column to view the description of the exception that was processed.
The note states that BIO0225C is used to substitute for MCB2004C.

Requirements on each part of the audit. If you need to report an issue with your degree audit, please contact your advisor and provide the information in parentheses for the part of your audit that needs attention.

17. How to Read a myKnight Audit Report
This is a listing of all courses that are not used to satisfy degree requirements.
The green check indicates you were enrolled in the course and earned a grade.
The yellow diamond indicates an in-progress or planned course.
A purple arrow indicates a transfer course.

18. How to Read a myKnight Audit Report
Some transfer credit may appear as UCF 1000, 2000, etc in the “Course” column. This means that the courses have not yet been evaluated for equivalency to a specific UCF course.

19. How to Read a myKnight Audit Report
At the bottom of the audit, under your major requirements, you will see a list of Other Courses. This is a list of courses you have taken that do not apply toward specific degree requirements.
This is not a list of your course history. You can see your Course History in the PDF version of your audit. Please review the PDF audit presentation available on the Registrar’s Office website.
