2. This meeting
In this meeting we are hoping give you all the necessary information needed and answer any questions you may still have about the trip.
We will look at the teaching staff going.
The activity plan for each 2 day trip.
Which of the two residential experiences your child will be going on.
A basic food menu.

3. A quick update
We have 61 children going on the trip over the course of the week and we will be taking approximately 30 at a time.
The trip is fully planned with an activity programme to suit the needs of our pupils.
Pupils will need to arrive at school promptly on time with there kit for the experience. On the Monday or Wednesday depending on your child's residential.
Children will depart school as normal on both the Wednesday and Friday.

5. Activity plan for each residential
We will be running the exact same programme for both residential experiences. Day 1 leave school (Approx 10.00am) Arrive to site for 10.30am – Time to sort kit, Find bedrooms, get settled in – Site rules and a tour around site. Then time to explore and play – 1.30 Lunch 1.30 – 2.00 sorting activity groupings – 5.00 Activity cycle 1 (Archery, Mini pioneering, team building) 5.00 – 6.00 Indoor games 6.00 – 7.00 Dinner 7.00 – 8.00 Campfire 8.00 – Film Wash and bed

We will be running the exact same programme for both residential experiences – 7.30 Wake up, washed, dressed – 8.30 Breakfast 8.30 – 9.00 Tidy rooms 9.00 – 9.30 Exploring time 9.30 – Sort groups for the days activities – 1.00 Activity cycle 2 (Climbing, Shelter building, go-karts) 1.00 – 2.00 Lunch 2.00 – 5.00 Activity cycle 1 (Cooking, Gladiator duel, Assault course) 5.00 – 6.00 Indoor games, Relax time 6.00 – 7.00 Dinner 7.00 – 8.00 Campfire 8.00 – Film Wash and bed

Day – 7.30 Wake up, Washed, Dressed – 8.30 Breakfast 8.30 – 9.30 Tidy rooms – Pack up – – Games on field – Leave site for school Back at school for dinner – 3.20 Activities in school.

8. When your child will be going.

9. Basic food menu (Excluding dietary needs)
Breakfast – A variety of cereal, Toast, Hot sandwich.
Lunch – sandwich, chocolate biscuit, crisps, fruit.
Dinner – Spaghetti Bolognese, Cottage pie, Jacket potatoes, sweet and sour chicken, chicken dinner, Fish fingers and chips. (Depending on dietary information a selection will be made.)
Supper – Cake or biscuits with hot chocolate.

10. Information we need.
We now need you to fill in a health form.
These should of been sent out from school tonight. If you do not have one please pick one up on the way out.
Make sure the NHS number is on it! If this form is not completed correctly it will be sent back to you.
