FedRooms for Groups & Meetings
FedRooms®, in partnership with Cvent, offers groups and meetings market research services for government meeting planners. The market research service is free and simple to use. Important Information: Please note, the market research that FedRooms provides is considered informational in nature and does not constitute a request for proposal, offer or award. FedRooms for Groups and Meetings allows government meeting planners to gather useful information to locate hotels that meet their requirements. Through the market research service, FedRooms provides planners with a side-by-side comparison of costs and property features, removing the busy work as you are researching hotels. All FedRooms hotels offer rates that are at or below per diem, FEMA certified and ADA compliant (U.S. territories). Our Simple Process: 1. Meeting planners complete an online check list detailing requirements. 2. FedRooms sends the requirements to the hotels via the Cvent service. 3. FedRooms sends the government meeting planner a side-by-side market comparison once the hotels have responded via the Cvent service (normally four to six business days). The FedRooms market research service is now complete! PLEASE NOTE: At this stage, the market research through the FedRooms service is closed and all next steps will be executed by the tribe in accordance with their procurement policies and procedures.
