Access to the building is through a barrier, and a steel gate. The entire property and the access road are under video surveillance.
One then enters through metal detectors and shows proper ID.
Then you can go up stairs to the EOC area.

There are two rows on the right and left ends and one “TEE” row for the Incident comander.
