CTECC Entrance Access to the building is through a barrier, and a steel gate. The entire property and the access road are under video surveillance. One then enters through metal detectors and shows proper ID. Then you can go up stairs to the EOC area.

ARES only interacts with the EOC The EOC is a big room There are many seats Each seat is for a ESF or Emergency Support Function Police, Fire, EMS, Utilities, Floods, Red Cross, are some of the seats
