9 Warehouse functionality
Ensure the warehouse is fully functional. Ensure to keep the W/H equipped and fully maintained and kept clean and tidy.

10 Space utilization Manage W/H space for seasonal products.
Utilize the space of W/H in manners that all the product should be placed well. When you run out of space in your warehouse, the choices are clear. You can add new space or you can create more space in your current facility. The most practical, low-cost solution is to find and use the hidden space in your warehouse.

11 Stock stacking Product storage on right side in store. (Product should not hazel dazzle) Product should be in manners that a trolley for product picking easily go through. Movement of product within the store should be easy. Stock should be placed in manners that you can easily remember, that where placed it? Prefer the FIFO procedure for stock.

12 Stock in/Out methods Take care that doing stock in, place stock in manners that your previous stock be out first. Follow the FIFO method, that your previous stock must out/sold first.

13 Inventory control Follow the BIN Card system.
Issue product according to invoices. Complete physical inventory counting. Cycle counting for seasonal products. Receive product according to STN, if error found inform sender/HO for STN correction.

14 Handling of multiple orders
Always be careful in taking orders of SUNCROP or GREENLET. Always be careful in receiving product of both companies. Always be careful in delivering the product of both companies.

15 Warehouse Security and safety
Availability of Fire Fighting Equipments. Proper placement of security signs. Warehouse related person should know how to use Fire Fighting equipments. Proper ventilation in warehouse. A reasonable person hired for security of warehouse. Proper implementation of security measures. Handling high leakage or damage. Proper medicine (First Aid BOX) availability in warehouse in any case of emergancy.
