2.  Once Upon a Time….
In 2002, while at Oztalk Tradeshow in California, Kirsty Grace watched The Anaheim Angels with a team of Tourism Victoria travel partners. They did the 7th innings stretch, sang “take me out to the ball-game”, ate hot dogs and nachos & drank Budweiser.
Kirsty had a moment. Why wasn’t anyone doing this with Our local game, Aussie Rules Football?
Meanwhile, UK friends were planning a trip Down Under for 2003 The Rugby World Cup and Kirsty & husband Anthony realised that no sightseeing tour company existed showcasing Melbourne, The Sports Capital.
In 2004, Anthony & Kirsty Grace decided to launch into the world of small business with
Melbourne Sports Tours offer interactive and fun small group tours of Melbourne and its sporting culture. They are the only sightseeing operator dedicated to sharing an inside knowledge of our sporting city. Experienced and knowledgeable hosts take you behind the scenes of Melbourne's world class sporting venues in small group public tours and all size private tours of Melbourne and its sporting culture.

Celebrate our sporting heritage while you tour behind the scenes of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, including walking on to the ground. Explore the interactive National Sports Museum, including the Champions Racing Museum & Gallery. Enjoy pub-style lunch.
Visit 'Living Legends', a farm that is home to some of our favourite retired champion race horses. Meet the horses and enjoy afternoon tea in the homestead at historic Woodlands Estate, where you can also watch mobs of kangaroos in their natural environment.
