Day 1 | Arrive in Orlando Depart Sydney and fly to Orlando
Meet your EA representative who will be on hand 24/7 to help with all your tour arrangements On arrival in Orlando transfer to Cocoa Beach and settle into your accommodation Accommodation 3 star standard hotels, students will stay in triple share rooms (two double beds and a rollaway). Teachers will stay in twin share rooms. You will be located in Cocoa Beach for your time at Camp KSC before transferring to a hotel in Orlando for the rest of your trip. Meals Breakfasts will be catered and usually continental style Lunch will be included at Camp KSC only Dinner will be had at a selection of local restaurants

Days 2 - 4 | Camp KSC Mars Base Challenge
Students will become part of an experience that connects them to NASA’s continuing mission of studying and understanding Mars with the goal of sustaining an active Mars base in the future. Students will gain knowledge through space shuttle mission simulations, tours of Kennedy Space Center and participating in everyday challenges faced by Astronauts. This program is an inspiring three days of educational fun and enriching space activities. Curriculum Highlights Guided instruction led by experienced educators. Students team-up as they are presented with their Mars Base Challenges based on science, technology, engineering, and mathematical components. Mars base engineering team design. Hands-on activated and motion-based astronaut training simulators. Instructor-led tours of Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex, the Apollo/Saturn V Center and NASA’s restricted access launch headquarters.

Day 5 | Cocoa Beach and KSC Visitor Center
Spend the morning exploring Cocoa Beach, you can go swimming or hire some surf boards.... Don’t forget to check out Ron Jon’s, the largest surf shop n the world! KSC Visitor Center This afternoon you will have some time to visit the KSC visitr complex to re-visit any areas of particular interest after your Camp KSC programme. The Kennedy Space Centre is NASA’s operational Launch pad where you’ll learn all about the past, present and future of space exploration. View ten-story high rockets from all eras of space exploration in the Rocket Garden, walk through a full-size space shuttle mock-up, see 3D-IMAX space films on gigantic five-story screens, and see an actual Gemini program capsule on display. The amazing exhibits and inspiring shows will immerse students into the science and history behind space exploration

Day 6 | Universal Studios
Today you will enjoy a full day at Universal Studios with dinner tonight on Universal’s City Walk. Go behind the scenes, beyond the screen, and jump right into the action of your favourite movies at Universal Studios, the world's premier movie and TV based theme park. The motto of Universal Studios is ‘ride the movies’ and that’s definitely what you will be doing! With great rollercoasters, shows and characters filling the park fun is certainly on the agenda! Check out rides and shows based on popular movies such as ET, Back to the Future, Jaws, Transformers and many more! *Harry Potter World is split across Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures so you will have plenty of opportunity on your two theme park days to explore the magical wizarding world!

Day 7 | i-Fly Orlando & Boggy Creek Airboats
During this physics and freefall workshop students will enjoy a 40 minute lecture taught by an accredited physics professor on the physics of freefall and the technology behind the wind tunnel, followed by Q&A session and an exam. Everyone will leave this class educated and exhilarated after experiencing a one minute freefall in a state of the art vertical wind tunnel - with wind speeds of 130 to 175+ mph! Boggy Creek Airboats Glide through the wetlands on a beautiful Florida wildlife tour. Airboat tours start with a leisurely idle down a natural canal viewing exotic birds, turtles and the Florida alligator in their natural environment. Then you will fly like the wind into the swamps experiencing the awesome feel of the airboat ride travelling up to 45mph. Boggy Creek Airboat rides is the best way to experience the beautiful Central Florida Everglades.

Day 8 | Islands of Adventure
Today you will spend the day at Universal’s Islands of Adventure! Your day will start with the ‘Behind the Adventure’ educational tour! This is a thrill seekers paradise! Creative consultant Steven Spielberg put together the most thrilling and technologically advanced rides and attractions ever made at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Your journey begins at the exotic Port of Entry and takes you through five uniquely themed islands - Seuss Landing, The Lost Continent, Jurassic Park, Toon Lagoon and Marvel Super Hero Island as well as latest addition, Harry Potter World! Behind the Adventure Tour A science and technology themed tour of the Islands of Adventure theme park. Students now have the opportunity to discover the sciences used to create the world’s most technologically-advanced theme park, with exclusive access that's restricted to the general public! The 'Behind the Adventure' tour showcases the physics, technology and general sciences that went into creating the most popular attractions at Islands of Adventure. *Harry Potter World is split across Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures so you will have plenty of opportunity on your two theme park days to explore the magical wizarding world!

Day 9| Shopping & Travel The Florida Mall Departure
Located minutes from the Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World Resort and popular area attractions, The Florida Mall is Central Florida’s largest shopping center. Spanning 1.7 million square feet and welcoming more than 20 million visitors annually, this dynamic shopping destination offers an experiential environment featuring more than 250 retail, dining and entertainment options Departure This afternoon it’s time to head to the airport and say farewell to your EA representative, it’s time to go home with wonderful memories! Day 10 is lost in transit and you arrive home on day 11 with wonderful memories!

SUPPORT, RISK & SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Entry Requirements US Immigration & Customs requires travellers to the United States that qualify for the Visa Waiver Program, to apply for authorisation through the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA). The Visa Waiver Program allows foreign nationals from certain countries to travel to the United States for business or pleasure, for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. Most countries participate in this program but we recommend checking the official website to ensure everybody in your group complies. We recommend that groups complete the ESTA Procedures at least three months prior to departure. As of the 8th September 2010 a charge of $14 per person has been applied. This ESTA lasts for two years or until the traveller’s passport expires. On Tour Support Your dedicated representative will: Meet the group at the destination airport and remain with the group until departure. Ensure program arrangements run as scheduled and liaise with our office to ensure any required amendments to the trip are made as required. Know the details of our Safety Management System and ensure that any injuries or safety issues are managed and addressed immediately. Provide extra support to teachers as required. Make your trip stress free and full with fun and great times! Risk and Safety Management Our Safety Management System proactively enables all personnel to act with due care and diligence towards all aspects of safety. Our Safety Management System: Covers the components of an international program Details monitoring and review procedures of excursion providers and operators safety standards Outlines personnel training required to monitor risk exposure and procedures to follow in the event of an emergency. As we deal only with school groups we pride ourselves on being the specialists and having the procedures and systems in place for safe and rewarding travel experiences.
