4 Introduction Purpose of the submission:
Discuss key school infrastructure provisioning issues Discuss key educator personnel provisioning issues Contribute to oversight process in ECDoE Comment on 2014/15 budget outcomes We also hope to promote collaboration between relevant committees of provincial legislature and our organisations in the interests promoting positive change and development in the education sector

a movement of learners, parents, teachers and community members works for quality and equality in education, through research, analysis and evidence based activism. EE’s head office is in the Western Cape, with satellite offices in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape,, Equal Education has led campaigns aimed at the development of learning facilities; improved practice, content and access to teaching; improving the overall efficacy of South Africa’s education system. focus and attention is directed by the interests of our members, drawn largely from working-class and poor communities. The Public Service Accountability Monitor (PSAM) : (Founded 1999) a civil society organisation that aims to improve the provision of public services with improving governance and public resource management in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa interrelated programmes: the Monitoring and Advocacy Programme (MAP), the Regional Learning Programme (RLP) and the Advocacy Impact Programme (AIP). within Rhodes University seeks to contribute to the progressive realisation of the rights to housing, health and education. strengthening public accountability mechanisms in the areas of environmental governance and local government
