Urgent- wounds, vascular compromise, Charcot(hot, red, swollen mid foot), sensory loss High- previous ulcer/amputation, chronic venous insufficiency Moderate-PAD, diminished pulses, swelling or edema Low- Loss of sensation, nonchanging deformity
