IS THE FORMULA EASY TO REMOVE IF I SWATCH IT ON MY HAND/FOREARM?
As the formula is long-wearing, the skin on the hand will retain the color – even after cleansing with Bi-Facil, Eau Micellaire Douceur or a gentle soap, a little hint of color may remain. So invite your client to swatch the color on a tissue or to look at it directly on the applicator, and do not let her leave with formula on her hand.
IS IT THE SAME IF I PUT IT ON MY LIPS?
The skin on the lips is much more moist than the hands, which are often drier. These two parts of the body do not have the same skin quality, and the lips are generally more moist, so easier to cleanse. On the lips, we recommend removing the Matte Shaker formula with Eeau Micellaire Douceur.
HOW DO I KEEP THE FORMULA FROM TINTING MY LIPS AFTER CLEANSING?
It is very important to keep your lips smooth and moisturized. Every morning when brushing your teeth, exfoliate your lips with the toothbrush and hydrate them with L’Absolu Rouge La Base. Then, before applying your Matte Shaker, make sure to apply L’Absolu Rouge La Base so that the formula sets on this first formula and is therefore easier to remove.

How to collect the formula?
Put the disposable applicator into the shaker and shake it so that the formula soaks the tip properly before application.
How to test it?
Let your client know that the skin on the hand is much less moist than the lips. So if she swatches the color on her hand, her skin will absorb all the water in the formula and the pigments will adhere to her hand, thus making it very difficult to cleanse. Reassure her that the lips are much more moist, so she will not have any difficulty removing it when needed with Eau Micellaire Douceur.

CLEANSING THE MATTE SHAKER
On THE hand
With a clean cotton pad and Eau Micellaire Douceur or Bi-Facil, gently remove the formula. Then invite your guest to use a gentle soap to remove the color that has adhered to the skin on her hand.
On THE lips
With a clean cotton pad and Eau Micellaire Douceur or Bi-Facil, invite your client to smile and remove the formula. Then invite your guest to cleanse again at the end of the day and rinse her lips.
