Falkirk Council Education Services Accreditation Personal Development: Self & Work (SCQF Level 5) Allow learners to improve their self-reliance, confidence and develop skills Carry out a vocational project. Can be carried out individually or as a group. Preparing for Work (SCQF Level 5) Develop employability and inter-personal skills in relation to gaining and sustaining employment. Gain an understanding of: Job selection methods Employee and employer expectations, Appropriate workplace behaviours and attitudes, Rights and responsibilities, Application forms, effective CV’s and interview skills

18 Falkirk Council Education Services Progression For session 2015/16 it is planned to offer an Enterprise and Employability Award at National 5 Level for all S6 pupils This will use the Personal Development; Self & Work (H18P 45) – Mandatory unit (1 Credit) Preparing to Work (F57F 11) – (1 Credit)
