Log into PaymentNet Go to TRANSACTIONS-STATEMENTS For people managing accounts, you will go to ACCOUNTS and select the statement icon to the left of the cardholder’s name.

Select statement needed in drop down box
Click download- save PDF Scan your receipts in the order of your statement and save as a PDF

Create new email message
Attach the PDF of your statement and the PDF of your receipts Address your to In the subject, list your approvers by the alias (their address minus separate with a , or ; Everything else in your delete- signatures and pictures Send **If you are submitting for someone else, please list the cardholder as the first approver. will now be sent into workflow for approval

If your statement has been rejected, you will receive an email.
Click on the link & it will take you to your statement. Here you should see a red rejected stamp with a name and date. This will let you know who rejected your statement and if there is a yellow sticky note, why it was rejected. Contact the rejecter if it is still unclear why there was a rejection. After correction is made, statement will need to be resubmitted, which may require a re-scan of the receipts. *See Part I on how to submit a statement.

Along with the rejected stamp, you can view the comments in the text box by clicking on the note icon.

After a statement has been submitted, it goes into workflow
After a statement has been submitted, it goes into workflow. If you were marked as an approver, you will then receive an to approve or reject. Click on the link sent to you and then click on the statement.

Click on stamp & then on front page.
Review statement and after you determine that the information provide was correct, stamp approved. Click on stamp & then on front page. You will see a green stamp appear with your name and date. STAMP

If you decide there is something missing, you can reject the statement.
To change the stamp, right click on the stamp and select rejected, then click on the front page of the statement. You will then see a red stamp with your name and date.

To add a note to the statement, whether it is to explain why there was a rejection or just to notify the next approver of anything, you can click on the notebook paper icon and then click on the page and a dialogue box will appear. Type your comment and then click ADD and then CLOSE This note can be viewed by anyone who has been selected approver for that statement as well as the cardholder or the person who submitted the statement. This is good way to communicate when a statement has been rejected.

To delete a stamp, right click on the stamp and select delete and confirm
When complete, close This will then route statement to next approver if applicable Or if you reject the statement, an will be sent to submitter and statement will no longer continue in workflow
