5. Training Processes
Your NEEDS
Sign an agreement between company and IECA
Training based on the development of competences required by company
Certification (after an exam is applied and trainees demonstrate their new acquired competence)
Example: If company “A” needs employees to develop the competence of “Welding”, training will focus on that particular competence. At the end, trainees have to pass an exam (theoretical 15%, practical 85%) to determine whether or not they have obtained such competence and if they are able to apply it directly on the work field.
Therefore, IECAT is NOT a school, but a TRAINING FACILITY TO PREPARE PEOPLE FOR THE WORK FIELD
