UCF Office 365 Migration Day 1 Support
Migrations will begin Final Sync after 5:00PM on 2/10 Remaining Items will Sync Active Directory settings will “flip” account from On-Premise to Office 365 (Exchange 2016 equivalent) Accounts will migrate on a rolling basis Cisco Unified Messaging accounts will be pointed to Office 365 (may cause some voice mail downtime). Anticipate Migrations to Complete by Sunday 2/12 Day 1 Skype Support Session (ITRCC and Support Center Only)

Unified Messaging (adds/removes) Distribution Groups (membership changes) OID Password Resets IE and OIDs (domain joined machines) Automatic Archiving to PST
