In the past, FastTrack was mostly associated with the Deployment stage of O365 – the FastTrack methodology for O365 Deployment and our Onboarding Center. FastTrack was introduced in 2013 as an Office 365 deployment methodology to accelerate and streamline the effort to onboard customers to Office 365. In 2014 FastTrack was significantly enhanced and became a benefit of the Office 365 enterprise offerings. Specifically, provisioning of Office 365 workloads including Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Office 365 Pro Plus, and Yammer were delivered by Microsoft’s Office 365 Onboarding Center. Built on that success, we expanded FastTrack in to become our customer success service designed to help businesses move to Office 365 and EMS, smoothly and with confidence, and realize business value faster. As we gain more momentum with FastTrack for Office 365 and EMS, other products are looking to develop their FastTrack offerings: this provides us a great opportunity to grow awareness and position FastTrack as our customer success service for the Microsoft Cloud. The digital experience available at provides all customers access to a unique set of best practices, tools, resources, and – for eligible customers only – experts committed to make their experience with the Microsoft Cloud a success, including onboarding, migration, devices management, and user adoption guidance and assistance form Microsoft engineers and Certified partners through FastTrack engagements. As we are expanding the scope of FastTrack continuously, we’ve rapidly evolved in the past 18 months from a one-time onboarding benefit for Office 365 to a repeatable customer success service for not only Office 365, but also the Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite. On January 23rd, we will be publicly announcing the next step in the evolution of Microsoft FastTrack. We are very excited to announce the next step in the evolution of FastTrack, one that represents an exciting opportunity for Microsoft customers and partners alike: starting today, we are extending FastTrack to two more key Microsoft technologies: Windows 10 and Dynamics 365. Specifically: FastTrack for Windows 10 Preview: Windows will scale Windows 10 deployment through a partner-led approach with FastTrack, and will make Windows Accelerate offers available through the FastTrack portal to complement their current motion. This comes with a new web presence, including Success Plans, available at fasttrack.microsoft.com. FastTrack for Dynamics 365 Preview: Dynamics 365 will bring their H1 pilot to scale through engineering-led engagements for onboarding assistance. This comes with a new web presence, including Success Plans, available at fasttrack.microsoft.com. Over the next few months, we will offer FastTrack for Windows 10 and FastTrack for Dynamics 365 as Previews. Just like with Office 365 and EMS, customers will be able to get resources and tools from the FastTrack website including technical onboarding and user adoption best practices. During this preview period, customers will be able to request assistance from either the certified Microsoft partner of their choice or their Microsoft account team. Office 365 ProPlus Deployment Best-Practices Office 365 User Adoption Best-Practices ISO and HIPAA Certifications Expanded Localization Microsoft Teams support We have been blown away by the response to Microsoft Teams since the preview was first announced. Starting on January 23rd, FastTrack will support Microsoft Teams with a new scenario and awareness kit, plus remote onboarding and user adoption guidance from our FastTrack team. We are doing this prior to Microsoft Teams GA to allow customers to begin planning and working through their plan for their organization’s roll out. Office 365 ProPlus Deployment Best-Practices Office 365 ProPlus Deployment Best-Practices have been included to the FastTrack onboarding resources at fasttrack.microsoft.com. The guide, which the FastTrack team of Office 365 deployment experts created for IT pros, features actionable guidance and real-world scenarios. We’ll continue to update the guide as Microsoft releases new features and deployment capabilities, and refine the preferred practices based on feedback from customers, partners and Microsoft deployment experts. Office 365 User Adoption Best-Practices Based on research and insights from thousands of engagements worldwide, the new Office 365 Adoption Guide provides an end to end methodology for driving user adoption, including best practices and prescriptive guidance on how to execute. As customers plan for future roll-outs, don’t miss the four success factors (stakeholders, scenarios, awareness, and training) impacting user adoption. Business scenarios being critical, we’ve developed the Productivity Library to help you discover how Office 365 can help your customers, with scenarios available by industries, products, and functions. ISO and HIPAA Certifications We’re pleased to announce our tools and processes for FastTrack for Office 365 onboarding and migration scenarios are now compliant with the international technology security standard ISO and are covered in the Microsoft HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Expanded Localization As part of our localization services, FastTrack engineers already provide organizations worldwide with remote assistance in 12 languages.
