The civil engineering contractor(s) is responsible for the works:
- Installation of the worksite ;
- Earthworks and backfilling ;
- Demolition and dismantling ;
- Primary water and ducts networks including connection to the surrounding buildings ;
- Pipes and drainage networks, retention basin, asphalt surfacing, kerbs and road markings ;
- Reinforced concrete for foundations, raft, retaining walls, walls, delivery platform, pre-casted beams, stacks ;
- Steel structures (primary and secondary frame) ;
- Waterproofing and insulation system ;
- Facades and insulation system ;
- Control room with sandwich panels;
- Finishing : plasterwork and ceilings; tiling and surfacing; resin floor coverings;
- Metalwork ;
- Landscaping.
CIVIL ENGINEER : Design, Execution and as-built drawings for structural elements ;
CONTRACTOR(S) : Execution and as-built drawings for the finishing work, in particular the details of façades, waterproofing, insulation, minor metalwork, doors, etc., and the workshop drawings for the metal structure, including the design of the joints.
