Involves a process of influence between a leader and followers to attain group, organizational, or societal goals The process of persuasion or example by which an individual (or leadership team) induces a group to pursue objectives held by the leader or shared by the leader and his/her followers Inspiring others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more
