Overview This Presentation is intended to address steps that can be taken in any community to enforce existing bans on firearms, or to implement such bans. This Presentation does not address: The reasons why firearms should be removed from DV offenders. The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. Continuity within Systems
Law enforcement is positioned, trained and equipped to physically take firearms. Courts in position to make findings and enter orders.
