Before logging in, you will need:
Username & Password (same as Teacher-Student Roster Verification Process) Roster lists as of BEDS Day (10/5/16) or If you completed the “ePMF Teacher Checklist” you received via , that has everything you need!

“Your ePMF….”

Step 3: Verify Accuracy of Information AND Enter “I work at:” location
and add assignments

Step 4: You can search by subject area or assignment code, or download the PDF document showing all codes (on our website)

Step 4: Tips and Help For additional help with assignments (science labs, librarians, co-teaching, etc.) use “PMF Frequently Asked Questions” document at: Grade Level: For the assignment you are recording, enter the predominant grade level of the students. The following are general rules for determining grade level: If 75% or more of the students in your class are in any one grade, please enter that grade. If less than 75% of the students are from any one grade, enter an "E" for "Mixed Elementary," an “M” for "Mixed Middle," or an "S" for "Mixed Secondary" grades. “PK” stands for pre-kindergarten, while “K” stands for kindergarten. Do not combine half-day classes. Use two assignment blocks. "E," “M ”and” S" represent "Mixed" elementary, middle, and secondary grades, respectively.

Registration = number of students on the roster as of BEDS Day (10/5/16) Core academic subjects: English, reading, language arts, mathematics, science, history, geography, economics, civics and government, foreign languages and the arts The arts include the visual arts, dance, music, theater – including public speaking – and drama. If ** next to assignment code, you need to decide if it’s a core class. To delete an assignment, highlight the assignment and click “Remove Selected Assignment” “ePMF Teaching Manual User Guide” available at:

Step 5: Save and Submit - Click “Save” to return later (and edit)
- Click “Submit” when complete (cannot edit)
