This is arguably the most exciting area of the Cerule pay plan.  
There are two (2) pools, the ​100K Pool and ​Presidential Pool​. 
Cerule accumulates 1% of its global sales into these pools, (for a total of  2%) on a monthly basis  and you can earn 1 share of the pool when you reach the 100K rank. 
These payments are made  monthly, provided you continue to maintain that 100K level. 
Once you reach the Presidential level you will also earn a share in that pool too. 
It will continue to  pay as long as you remain qualified at Presidential level.
