exogenous form of cytidine-5'-diphosphocholine (CDP-choline) used in membrane biosynthesis
may reduce ischemic injury by stabilizing membranes and decreasing free radical formation
Increases blood flow and O2 consumption in the brain, usually given to stroke patients

4. Pharmacologic Amlodipine 5 mg/tab 1 tab OD
Calcium channel blocker, relaxes arterial wall smooth muscle, decreases peripheral vascular resistance
Hypertension control

5. Pharmacologic Omeprazole 40 mg/tab 1 tab OD @ HS Proton pump inhibitor
Prophylaxis for stress gastritis
