WHO ARE THE NORTH WEST SYDNEY HURRICANES?
We are the elite cricket club representing Sydney’s Hills Shire and Sydney’s North Western suburbs. North West Sydney Hurricanes District Cricket Club have 200 playing members across 16 teams in 6 separate Sydney wide competitions Sydney Shires Competition Tim Creer Cup Competition Sydney Women’s Grade Competition Sydney Masters Competition IDCA President’s Cup Competition Plus Milo T20 Blast program for ages 5+ Our club has entered into a 5 year partnership with Parramatta District Cricket Club creating the Parramatta-North West Sydney cricket alliance. This will see the 2 clubs working together to form a pathways program for junior and female cricketers which will develop our next generation of elite cricketers. North west Sydney hurricanes DCC

WHO ARE THE NORTH WEST SYDNEY HURRICANES?
Our home grounds are located at Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Kellyville Ridge and Rouse Hill. Our No1 ground, Kanebridge Oval at Rouse Hill is one of the only grounds in Sydney capable of hosting night cricket. We play several night matches each year with the possibility of Parramatta Premier Cricket home matches under lights. It has hosted many other elite sporting events such as Sydney Thunder BBL fan day, Sydney Swans AFL matches, GWS Giants fan day, Sydney Grade cricket, Australian National Female Cricket Championships. Our club is well supported and has close ties with Hills Shire Council. Our club is patron is Clr Michelle Byrne, Mayor of Hills Shire. Our club works closely supporting many local cricket clubs including Kellyville Ridge CC and Rouse Hill Rams CC. We are active within the local community hosting many cricket and charity events, we are official supporters of The Jake Doran Foundation – Chance for Kids and also supporters of the McGrath Foundation. Exposure of sponsors logos is on official club clothing. We travel all over the Sydney Metro area as well as the Central Coast and Newcastle to play. We are featured weekly in 4 local newspapers including their online editions, with selected game day photos. We have weekly reports on Alive 90.5 FM. During the 2014 season the Hurricanes were a featured story on SBS news .We also have a strong social media following and business network. Via our website, we advertise sponsors logos with a direct link to your business website. Feature articles and news are updated regularly, which also can be seen on our social media pages. Why SUPPORT THE NORTH WEST SYDNEY HURRICANES?
Our club has a reputable and recognisable brand and is recognised as one of the leaders in cricket development in Sydney. We have a strong local network with many other local cricket clubs, our winter ground partners from AFL and Rugby League, local businesses and the rest of the local community. We feature weekly during our season in four local newspapers and on Alive 90.5 FM. We have a strong social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and other mediums. Our club covers all ages from youth to Masters and caters for both male and female cricketers.
