Although different, both recruiters and careers professionals work within a pressurised and challenging environment Demonstrated the value of knowledge and experience gained from an university and employer. True collaboration is based on mutual respect and understanding, which benefits the people we are supporting. Show-cased the transferable skills today’s employer engagement professionals need. KC
