Benefits:
Cold areas in high latitude warmer more kinds of plant can grow
Precipitation over north-western China increases and the climate tends to become wetter Inner Mongolia’s vegetation coverage increase thus slowing desertification
Short-term increase in temperature increase crops production
China develop resource-conserving and environment-friendly devices

Drawbacks:
increases the frequency and the intensity of extreme weather loss of lives and destruction to properties
spatio-temporal anomaly of precipitation floods and droughts are observed more frequently

Ice sheets melt posing threat to fresh water resource and
causing the rise in the sea level.
Permafrost melt so that more CO2 is released,
thus forming a vicious circle
Rising temperature affects ecosystem resulting in

thus leading to social unrest
