Hyaluronic Acid
Has a repetitive molecular structure that occurs naturally in the skin. Binds water tightly to ‘lock in’ moisture. Permeates the basal cell (upper) skin layer to help stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. Replenishes lost Hyaluron in ageing skin.
Tasmania Lanceolata Fruit Extract*
Known also as Mountain Pepper Berry Extract, native to Tasmania, Australia. Derived from the berry pulp, this ingredient has antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory activities to calm skin discomforts. It reduces pro‐inflammatory cytokines and aids to immediately reduce skin itching.
Aloe Vera Leaf Juice*
The gel substance helps support the natural balance of the skin while cooling and soothing the complexion. This ingredient provides light hydrating benefits, regenerative properties and a source of vitamins.
Wood-Fibre Material
The material the mask is made out of is a wood pulp, which is moulded to shape and then dehydrated. Research has shown that this form of sheet mask retains 50 percent more moisture than those made of synthetic material.
Tips and Tricks

Apply on dry skin, after cleansing. Gently shake Test Tube before opening. Use tweezers or similar to extract mask from tube. Unfold the mask over sink or similar as there may be excess serum. Ensure full fibre mask is applied squarely on the entire face with cut out plastic film facing up. Remove outer plastic film (with circle cuts outs). Then smooth the mask over to fit the curves of the face, adjusting around eyes, nose, and mouth (ensure mask is clear of eyes and orifices). Use any excess serum on the neck and décolletage.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
Can be used as stand alone treatment or add-on to another signature treatment.

2. signature facial treatments

Step 1 - Cleanse
organicspa cream cleanser or foam cleanser
Apply 2 – 3 pumps of cleanser to face, neck and décolletage and work over the entire area to remove all make-up, dirt and grime. Remove the cleanser with a wet, hot towel. Always cleanse the skin twice to ensure that all make-up, dirt and grime has been removed.
Step 2 - Exfoliate
organicspa face exfoliant – all skin types except sensitive and acne prone.
Apply exfoliant (about the size of a 20c coin) to your fingertips, place on face, neck and décolletage. Moisten fingertips and work exfoliant in small circular motions. If the client has facial hair avoid this area. Remove with wet, hot towel. Ensure that all grains are removed from the skin.
Optional – steam may be used whilst exfoliating.
Step 3 – Tone

Place your hand at the top of the client’s head and let them know that you are about to spray the toner. Mist 4 sprays over the face (not directly on) and then lightly press onto the skin.

3. OPTIONAL 60 MINUTE TREATMENT

Step 5 – Mask & Massage
Leave BioHydra Mask on for 15 minutes, while the mask is infusing into the skin perform a standard pressure point massage on the face.
Step 6 - Mask Removal
Place a moistened, hot towel on the face and neck and press lightly to ensure that the moisture from the towel is infused into the mask. Repeat this step on the décolletage, ensure all the mask has been removed.
Step 7 - Finishing Ritual Tone
organicspa toner – all skin types.
Place your hand at the top of the client’s head and let them know that you are about to spray the toner. Mist 4 sprays over the face (not directly on) and then lightly press into the skin, or spray 4 pumps into palms of your hand and press into client’s skin.
Eye
organicspa eye gel, eye treat or eye balm.
Apply a small amount of the appropriate organicspa eye product to the eye area.
Treatment Serums and Lotions
organicspa vitamin c serum – combination and normal skin types.
organicspa wrinkle defence – dry, dehydrated and mature skin types.
Apply 2 pumps to your hands, gently emulsify and apply to the face, neck and décolletage.
Hydrate

organicspa intense moisture – dry, dehydrated and mature skin types.
organicspa moisture rich – dry, very dry and mature skin types.
Apply 2 pumps your hands, gently emulsify and apply to the face, neck and décolletage.
At the end of the treatment, clients should receive their organicspa personalised skin care profile, found in the back of the organicspa brochure, with their recommended home care products.
OPTIONAL 60 MINUTE TREATMENT
To extend this treatment for an hour remove Step 3 Exfoliate. Then depending on what is suited for the client’s skin, include the AHA Rejuvenate Peel or Lactic Enzyme peel. Use peels as per instructions in manual.
