Lets start with Aero: Aero is a web-based, SaaS model platform that is accessible from anywhere and any device. Aero was introduced with Avionté version 16.1 and has had 2 additional upgrades since, bringing us to version 17.1 (our most current and up to date version) Suite 17.1 offers three main modules: Recruiter Module, Job Board module and Talent Module. Each of these modules contains different functionality that you see here. Today we are going to be focusing on the Talent Module and more specifically the Applicant workflow of the online application.

15 Talent Module - Settings
When your applicant goes to log in, they will be taken to the Talent Module and completes their application to start his or her Avionté record. When you log in, Avionté will allow you to set up some administrative preferences. You will see two different items in the sub menu that relate to the Talent module: 1. The application workflow settings (Click) 2. Talent Module settings (click) The Talent module settings are more general settings for all of the Talent Module, while the Application settings will set up to 5 customized application workflows based on the job you are recruiting for and we will explore this further in a few minutes.

16 Talent Module - Settings
Overall Talent Module settings Exit redirect URL configuration: Field on the Job Boards is used if you need a different redirect URL per job board. First, lets take a look at what the Talent Module settings can offer us as far as capabilities: By utilizing the Talent Module settings you are able to: Create an exit redirect URL on Talent and Job boards on the General application Identify the contact method And configure settings settings for job application: that a Talent will receive once they have applied Both images and URLs can be included in the body text.

18 Applicant Workflow - Admin
5 personalized application workflows can be configured Ending portion of the URL is personalized Assign a theme to each workflow We are going to move into what we will want to set up on the application itself. As mentioned before, The Talent Module offers several different benefits. These features include: 5 uniquely personalized application workflow (which we are going to explore next) There is a Quick apply option in the default application Ending portion of the URL is personalized Assign a theme to each workflow You can see here that we have moved down the menu on the left from the Talent Module Settings to the Application Workflow button and we have selected “Link Settings”. Do you have a general apply?

We will work our way down the main list here for configuration of the application which starts with the a “welcome” tab which is required.

20 Configuration - Welcome
This section cannot be turned off for any application flow Branches can be activated/deactivated and given an alias Each application workflow can be assigned to specific suppliers o r branches and this can be set up here. This is simply where you “customize” to identify the actual location and line of business

21 As we zoom in, you will see that the properties are that are available for you to edit. You will be able to filter by supplier and if you would like to drill down further you can select to add the location and click the sliding button to “On”

22 Configuration – Welcome: Prescreen
Up to 5 prescreen questions Added prescreen rejection message Moving along to the “Welcome: Prescreen”. This is where you can add knock out questions to determine general screening questions before completing the entire application.

23 Here you can see the properties that you can select to show on the application. Here, you may chose to use examples like “Are you forklift certified” or “Are you able to work in the “Twin Cities metro area? Additionally, you can add a message and in the event that you still want to consider them for a general application or position you can drive them to another URL by adding the link in your message.

38 Configuration – Link Settings
The Flow link (URL) address field allows Admin Users to set a URL for the workflow, allowing applicants submit an application without applying to a specific job. Enter a URL in the blank field. A minimum of five characters are required in the Flow Link (URL) address field. To clear or remove a URL, click the   button next to the URL field and click Save Settings. If a URL is updated, anyone who uses the old URL will be automatically redirected to the new URL. If the workflow is active, the assigned URL will also be active. If the workflow is deactivated, the URL will be deactivated and an error message stating "This URL no longer exists" will display. The URL for the Quick Apply workflow is "quick-apply." This cannot be changed, only removed. If the URL is removed, and needs to be added again, "quick-apply" will auto-fill when the field is clicked.

39 Configuration – Workflow Theme
Apply a color theme to the workflow by selecting a theme from the Workflow theme drop-down menu. A preview of the theme is visible below the Workflow theme drop-down menu.  If a theme has not been defined, the "Default" theme is displayed in the preview. For more information on creating Themes, see the Admin - Themes article. The theme applied to the workflow is only used when an applicant enters the workflow directly through the URL link. If the applicant enters the workflow from the Job Board, the theme chosen for the Job Board will override theme selected for the workflow

40 Configuration – Activate/Deactivate an Existing Workflow
Workflows can be activated or deactivated in Admin > Application Workflows. Once a workflow has been activated, it can be used for any future job postings. Deactivated workflows cannot be applied to future postings but will remain active for any current job posting that uses that workflow. If the workflow is active, the assigned URL will also be active. If the workflow is deactivated, the URL will be deactivated and an error stating "This URL no longer exists" will display. In the Recruiter Module, click the Admin section. Click Application workflows from the left menu bar. Click a previously created workflow from the list

This individual will be working with ticket agents and TSA to ensure that all other travelers have a delightful and violence free travel experience. This position is a temp to hire position for the right candidate, but will be evaluated at a 90 day check in point. Compensation is $19/Hour.

They would prefer a licensed teacher but a license in the subject-area is not necessarily required. This individual will be teaching 2 sessions of Algebra and 1 session of Honors Algebra. The principal would like to review resumes and possibly set up interviews with potential candidates. This is an estimated timeframe as they will be covering a medical leave. Teacher could take more or less time depending on recovery. Compensation is $130/day
