Aaganya Consultancy Services is the First Student Women Company in the WORLD formed here in Coimbatore with 100+ Student Women joining Hands together for a Novel Social Entrepreneurship Venture.

4. Current Reality – Today!
The School Education is changed drastically over last 3-5 years that Parents are not able to understand anything. (Eg:- Smart Class, XSEED etc).
In India, every year 25 lacs students are completing their graduation and looking for jobs.
Students are lost in RAT race and they don’t know, what they are doing and why??
Engineering, Medicine and CA is not the not education available in India, but there are lots more.

5. more.. Students don’t know what is true friendship today.
Students have become more digitalized. ( Eg:- Facebook, Internet) and don’t understand what is emotions??
Students are not focused and are simply wasting their LIFE.

6. What do We Do?? Aaganya is now a NEED of the HOUR.
At Aaganya, each Women is a Mother, Friend, Teacher and Mentor for the CHILD.
One Women is nominated for a CHILD and she gets in touch with her regularly on phone and meet her weekly and ensures that the CHILD is going in the right path.

Only a Student can understand the problem of the student.
The best way of making a child understand is only by you also becoming a child”. We all know the normal behavior of a child, that he listens to his friends words very quickly and eagerly but not to his elder’s words with the same eagerness.

9. Case Study
When I was in 6th STD, nobody told me that you need to have a reading habit, if you need to write any competitive exams. Today, I See those you have reading habit are doing better.
When I was in 8th STD, nobody told me that 8,9,10 STD maths is basic for any competitive exams, I only studied for that time and now finding it difficult.
In my 22 years of Education, nobody told me, what should I do, if I am Kidnapped?
I did my B. Tech IT as my friends did, but later in the 2nd year, I came to realise that I am not a Good Programmer but I am a good manager. Today, I couldn’t become an Engineer but become a Marketing Manager.

10. More…. There is no guidance to plan my LIFE.
There is no support if I want to become an Entrepreneur of How to START?
There are no true friends. Its all ego and selfness today.
