1 How to Submit a Paper to EasyChair
AMS Annual & WMC Conferences

2 AMS Conference Information
You can always access information about conferences through the AMS home page. Links to AMS conferences can be found in the “Calendar” sidebar. Find the conference, and click to view its webpage. You will see a place to log into the AMS website—all active members can log in. However, a membership is not necessary to proceed to a conference page.

3 AMS Conference Home Page
Conference pages will be the main interfaces for all conference participants. You’ll find a link to EasyChair on each conference page. The link takes you to the login page for EasyChair. Current Conferences are listed on the AMS-web.org homepage.

4 Log into EasyChair

5 Agree to the Terms of Service
You may be prompted to accept the EasyChair Terms of service, depending on if they have changed since you last accepted them

6 Click “New Submission” to submit a paper.
Submit Your Paper This indicates we are in conference “AMS44” and we are in the role of an “Author” Click “New Submission” to submit a paper. The toolbar is your guide for most of the conference activities. The items that appear on your toolbar depend on your role.

7 Choose a Track All tracks will be listed under “Select a Track.”
Click on the track to which you would like to submit a paper—see the Call for Papers for a description of each track.

8 Agree to Terms and Conditions
Review the submission instructions to check the specifics on paper requirements. Check the box to confirm your paper does not include any identifying characteristics.

9 Enter Author Information
If you have issues with entering a first and last name, a helpful guide is linked at the bottom of the webpage. The link highlighted on the next slide. Enter first author information here. Clicking “click here to add yourself” will auto input your information from your EasyChair account. Enter the second author’s information here. Check the box if the author is the corresponding author. Fill in the information for any and all other authors.

10 Scroll Down to Enter Paper Information
For help with entering author names, please click on the link. After you have finished entering all the author information, scroll down to see where you enter the title of the manuscript and an abstract. Very Important: Do not include a title page or other author identification on the pdf file that you plan to upload as a submission. Enter three or more keywords here.

11 Click on “Submit” to submit the paper to the track chair.
Upload the Paper Browse your computer and find the pdf file you wish to upload as a submission. Select the file. Click on “Submit” to submit the paper to the track chair.

12 You will receive another email when/if it has been accepted.
Confirmation After you’ve submitted the paper, you will receive 1 or 2 s, depending on if you are the corresponding author, confirming your submission. You will receive another when/if it has been accepted.

13 EasyChair Confirmation
You can always return to EasyChair to find information about the paper. You can submit multiple papers by choosing “New Submission.” You can always return to EasyChair to update information on the paper.
