8 Test Release 2 Tickets Addressed for November Release
Added Yale relationship attribute Added sponsored identity attributes Added new name fields from IDR Added future worker/future contingent worker from workday Added additional attributes from workday Add affiliate address into the view Included logic in view to ensure one row per UPI Included logic in view to ensure that child rolls up to one parent in cost center hierarchy Renamed people hub views

9 Test Release 3 Tickets to be Addressed by December Release
Data Content Related Tickets Add incremental load Add secondary positions Standardization a few attributes Add additional attributes Change data type of date attributes from varchar to date System and ETL Program Related Tickets Building jobs for data quality checks Logging and error control logic Incorporate data cleansing and data profiling process into ETL load process for staging, data vault and views Create indexes on columns for data vault and any needed for staging Incorporate ETL scheduling Incorporate Hashdiff column creation, join logic into ETL Talend process Incorporate ALM auto test case creation Coordinate environments to point to for SIT testing

10 Known Data Quality Questions
Known Data Quality Issues Current Approach Additional Data Quality handling logic required Multiple records for the same UPI Filtering our UPI’s with multiple rows, so that downstream system integration won’t fail. The UPI’s that are filtered out are reported in an error report. Yes Multiple ID’s (i.e. Employee ID or Academic Affiliate ID or Sponsored Guest ID) for the same UPI for the same reporting period Filtering our UPI’s with multiple ID’s, so that downstream system integration won’t fail. A cost center rolls up to more than one Department, a Department rolls up to more than one Department Grouping Filtering our Cost Center’s with bad hierarchy, so that downstream system integration won’t fail. The Cost Center’s that are filtered out are reported in an error report.
