**Students will be learning how to write a research paper for Invention Convention

7. Reading Reading-Guided Reading-Jan Richardson’s G.R. Program
Read novels together as class and finish work packet associated with that book
Vocabulary-vocabulary from other subjects such as Sc/SS/Math
AR- Each student is required to earn 20 pts per quarter
AR will be averaged into their Reading grade(20 pts total)

Traditional Math vs. Singapore Math- Student can show work whichever way he/she feels comfortable
Homework- Mon-Thurs, hopefully no homework on the weekends
Students get time in class to start/finish homework
Class- Go over homework, teach new lesson, classwork, homework
