Why this project?... Input from stakeholders of the Business Continuity planning process (BC Leads, Steering Committee, etc.) voiced the need for more actionable business continuity plans than the current business continuity planning system, Harvard Ready, could allow, i.e. Harvard Ready is more of a business impact analysis (BIA) tool than a tool that allows the user to produce procedurally-based plans that can be used during actual disruptions to university operations.
