8 How Will We Track Progress?
Students are assigned a ‘Flight Path’ based on KS2 scores and internal assessments. Flight Paths will be assigned in October. Students will not be assigned individual target grades but will be tracked broadly against a final GCSE grade. Flight Paths will be evaluated at the end of each year and can change if a student achieves consistently Exceptional Progress. The Flight Paths overlap. Good Progress in one Flight Path can lead to the same eventual outcome as Exceptional Progress in another.

9 All students will be supported to make Good or Excellent Progress.
Feedback in student work will identify targets for improvement which will enable Good or better Progress.
