Plan next stage of reel. It can be Lamination , Coating or direct dispatch

In coating card you can mention input material, input weight, size, HSL type to be used, output weight etc…
Lot no. will be generated on the basis of Month and year
Reels to be used in the process will be also mentioned during entry. This will give 100 % accuracy because during selection process it will only show those reels which have specific input type, size, gauge and status. So only matching reels and reels which are not used in any process will be considered.
Also when reel is selected or unselected total input weight will be displayed. This will give us information of exact input weight.
Reels attached with coating card cannot be used with other lot card or process
Lot card can be printed

In Conversion slitting there can be different cutter settings, size and sets. Also planning of core is also mentioned in this planning and lot no. output reel nos. will be generated automatically. Weight of output reel will be automatically calculation on the basis of core type, ID and OD and product density which will be very close to actual weight.
All the reels generated in this process will have status WAIT QC AFTER CONVERSION SLITTING.
In case of lamination lot card, software will also ask, if output reel will be used for printing or not

Whole software is developed in .NET technologies and VB as code behind.

Application will run on Windows 2003 (or higher) Server and Windows XP or higher OS. Application will run on windows platform
