Government is an example of an institution, and can be defined as:
The group of people who make decisions for a country or state.

6. What is a civilization?
A civilization is an advanced state of development in a human society.
In other words, it is a well- organized and developed society.

A worldview is a collection of beliefs about life and the universe held by an individual or society.

8. So, what does a society consist of?
A group of people with interpersonal relationships, that
Share the same geographical or social territory or area, and
Follow the same political authority (laws),
Have a distinctive culture, and
An identifiable set of values, who
Have organized a variety of institutions for the benefit of members of the community, and
Follow an identifiable worldview that is reflected in the structure of relationships, political authority, culture, values, and institutions.
