To provide a forum where small businesses, CDOT staff, and other industry leaders can find solutions to issues affecting DBE and ESB utilization and success.

- Requirement that firms complete 30% of the work is a barrier. - Allow firms to combine forces to meet the requirement Joint ventures are currently allowed to fulfill this requirement.

NPS Calendar Multi-year breakdown of opportunities Anticipated release date May 2016 NPS Contracts include Construction Services, Environmental, Traffic, General Eng, & Survey PS Calendar Currently being evaluated STIP has upcoming project information for next 3 years. Available at codot.gov Some options being considered. Working through CRBRC/Regions, PMO, etc.

13 Pre-Proposal Meetings
Evaluating options on incorporating pre-proposal meetings on large/complex projects. Considering adding a interested parties list for consultants to register for certain projects. This would apply to primes or subs.

14 Useful Information Upcoming change to proposal submission requirements. Electronic only as of June 1, This will be through the vendor self service portal. SOI observations. QA/QC, Formatting, Commitments, Partnering with CDOT. Sample evaluation interest?
