Project Description - The project consists of a building block made up of 2 basement levels housing the MEP services, shops and 785 car parking spaces; a ground floor with an entrance hall, a commercial area, a cafeteria and MEP service rooms; four podium floors dedicated to retail units with an additional car parking; and 28 office floors that provide open-plan office spaces. The fifth floor, a podium roof level, features recreational facilities including a health-club, a gymnasium, a cafeteria and a business center. The scope of work includes external works such as hard paving, landscaping and utilities infrastructure.
