4. Breakfast has to be a business Center or small BC, re configure .
5. Wrong understanding of the opening of Mission Breakfasts leading to outreach leading to Chapter.
- Not to get more members for mother chapter but take territory for our King
- Chapter with big sizes refuse to split and become unmanageable.
