Ιngredients for the filling
OLIVE PIES Ιngredients for dough Ιngredients for dough Ιngredients for the filling 2 glasses finely chopped olives 1 kg Self Raising flour A little finely chopped fresh corriander 1 sachet yeast 2 spring onions finely chopped 2 coffee mugs (70 ml each) olive oil ½ glass oil for the pan 2 glasses orange juice Orange juice to brush on top

Cut the olives and the spring onions into small pieces

STEP 2 Rub the flour and oil together

Add the yeast and juice and knead

In another container mix the coriander, onions and olives

STEP 5 Roll out the dough into pieces the size of a dinner plate and divide into 4 triangles

STEP 6 On the wide end of the dough triangle, label a little of olive mixture and roll

STEP 7 Put the olive pies into a baking pan (covered with baking paper) and brush them with juice and oil. Bake at 180 C for approximately 20 minutes
