9 CPP in APAC DEFINITION IS IMPORTANT
The authorized Vicon distributor, is essentially our wholesaler partner that imports, stocks and finances the Vicon products and solutions being brought into country and supplied to authorized Vicon resellers. The distributor does NOT sell directly to the end-user, and serves as a layer 1 support for the authorized Vicon reseller. The authorized Vicon reseller is typically a systems integrator (SI), dealer or value added reseller who puts together systems and solutions and sells this directly to the end-user. Under our channel partner program, Vicon provides a recommended discount to the authorized reseller partner, with the actual purchasing being done through an authorized Vicon distributor.
