1 Revel Systems Configuration Guide
Welcome to Revel Systems fulfillment. It is CRITICAL that every piece of hardware shipped from Revel Systems Fulfillment be configured correctly, and that each order be fully tested before distribution. If a client receives incorrect or improperly configured hardware they cannot have a successful onboarding experience. All hardware is configured upon arrival and carefully tracked. Once an item has been configured marked with a sticker indicating the IP address, device, and initials of the person who configured the device. No matter what the circumstances, there is no reason that hardware can be shipped without being configured and tested. This guide will explain how to configure each piece of equipment that a client may order. Once an order is placed, all hardware must be assembled, connected, and tested. Then the full welcome package is shipped out. 1 1
