2 Cases treated at MHCDR A 12 year old boy contacted for homeopathic treatment for dry scaly infection with severe itching on scalp Patient was suffering from two years. He was treated with antifungal drugs- Gris OD for three months and improved up to 80 percent but recurrence was noted as medicine was withdrawn. Patient was suspected for fungal infection and scrapings from scalp was observed in KOH mount ,direct culture. Culture yielded pure colony of Microsporom gypsum and disease is considered as Tenia Capities. Patient was well treated with our effective homeopathic treatmnt . No recurrence of infection is claimed. After completing treatment scrapping was negative for fungal infection. TENIA CAPITIS

3 Cases treated at MHCDR A 28 year male observed patchy hair loss from mustache and barbae area since four month with intense itching . Patient applied some natural extracts or medicine obtained from local practicner but no any relief was noted, and patient is referred to MHCDR for homeopathic Treatment. In MHCDR diagnosis was confirmed as tenia capities and the causal agent isolated was identified as Microsporum gypseum . Serological test of diluted culture filtrate of fungus was positive. Patient was suspected for fungal infection and scrappings from scalp was observed in KOH mount ,direct culture. Culture yielded pure colony of CANDIDA ALBICANS disease is FAA. IN MALE . Here candida infection is cosidered as secondry infection. Patient was well treated with homeopathic drugs for 1m . No recurrence of infection is claimed. After completing treatment scrapping was negative for fungal infection.

9 Cases treated at MHCDR A 42 year old female approached MHCDR for the treatment of hair loss with intence itching and depigmentation on scalp since two year. Patient was suspected for fungal infection and scrappings from scalp was observed in KOH mount ,direct culture. Culture yielded pure colony of Microsporum gypsum and disease is considered as Tenia Capities. Patient was well treated with homeopathic drugs. No recurrence of infection is claimed. After completing treatment scrapping was negative for fungal infection.

10 Cases treated at MHCDR A 33 year old male having bussiness of general murchent with handling of masalas with himself . he observed some small cracks with severe ithcing some times oozing of water from lesions takes place. Skin scrapping and culture revealed Microsporum audonii as causal agent. Intradermal test with diluted culture filtrate was postive. Patient was treated with broad range antimycotic homeopathic drugs within 6 months and no recurrence was reported . Patient was fully satisfied with homeopathic treatment.

11 Cases treated at MHCDR A 22 year old female contact MHCDR for the treat ment of oral Mycoses-hypo pigmentation and angular stomatitis caused by Candida albicans. Exaggeration of commissural folds ,satellite lesions on lips and chronic inflammation of commissural. Pathogen isolated was Candida albicans. And disease considered as oral candidiasis Patient was treated with homeopathic drugs. No recurrence of infection is claimed.

12 Cases treated at MHCDR A– 44 year old male approached MHCDR for the treatment of hypo pigmented  skin lesions in front of neck which he observed from past two years. In winters patient used regular woolen  muffler (cloth) of high neck. After one or two months he feels slight itching on several spots in the area but use of muffler is continued. After six month patient observed hypo pigmented lesions on skin in the front of neck. He started to take allopathic drugs (name not known to him) by private practicner. But lesions were increasing slowly. Even after one year of allopathic treatment there was no improvement. Burning of epigastria region, flatulence, xanthelasma, seborrhoeic dermatitis and constipation with dry and hard stool even bleeding during passing stool, were the other complaints. He also complain chronic headache aggravated morning onwards and a meliorate in evening and was very depressed due to hypo pigmentation in skin with strong desire of salt intake. Fungus isolated from hypopigmented skin lesions was identified as Candida albicans. The case is well treated with homeopathis drugs.)

13 Cases treated at MHCDR A six year old boy registered himself for the homeopathic treatment for hypo pigmentation on left upper side of chest .Lesion was noted with small papule with severe itching .Patient taken allopathic as well as homeopathic drug-Arsenic sulf flavum 6x but no any improvement was notice .In MHCDR It was suspected fungal infection because of severe itching . Lesions was scrapped and cultue. Yielded fungus was identified as Candida albicans. As it is confirmed as cutaneous candidiasis it was treated with homeopathic drugs within one year. And no recurrence of lesion was noted till presentation.
