5 Update on Hickory Grove Real Estate Disposition

6 BLOOMFIELD HILLS SCHOOLS- RFP FOR REAL ESTATE DISPOSITION 
May – Dec Due diligence for each site (Title work, deeds, ALTA Surveys, easements, geotech, etc.) February 4, 2016 Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued for both the Hickory Grove and Wabeek sites March 16, RFP response due date; a total of fifteen (15) responses were received April 14, 2016 PMC presented an update to the Board of Education regarding each of the proposals received for both sites and discussed next steps April 20, PMC presented an update to the Advisory Committee regarding proposals received. The Advisory Committee indicated to interview the top three (3) highest cost proposals for each site. Proposals should be reviewed in relation to high purchase price, type of housing unit (single family), price point of housing unit, contextual site and housing units to surrounding properties, and anticipated number of potential students

7 May 4, Based on the criteria established by the Advisory Committee, first round of interviews with highest three (3) proposals for each site were conducted by Clark Hill and PMC May 10, 2016 Revision letter sent to each developer interviewed, requesting their highest and best offers submitted by May 13, 2016 May 31, Based on the criteria set by the Advisory Committee, interviews were conducted by BHS Administrative team members, Clark Hill and PMC with the leading proposal for each site. June 2, PMC provided an update at the Board study session and public update June 15, 2106 PMC met with the Advisory Committee to confirm the criteria established and provide recommendations for Board consideration June 16, 2016 PMC provided an update at the Board study session and public update relative to the MPP process and the next steps for the sites.

8 June 22, 2016 PMC and BHS Administration presented at a community forum to provide an update to the MPP process and preliminary findings for the Hickory Grove Site. July 28, 2016 Robertson Brothers presented their proposal for the Hickory Grove Site at the BHS Board work session August 3, 2016 Robertson Brothers and BHS Administration presented at a community forum to provide an update the proposal for development for the Hickory Grove Site August 18, 2016 PMC provided an update at the Board study session and public update relative to the MPP process and the next steps for the Hickory Grove Site August 29, Robertson Brothers and BHS Administration presented the Hickory Grove property development to Bloomfield Township Administration and confirmed the approximate number of units and tentative approval process for development

12 November 2016 PMC provides potential recommendations for Lahser
 August Drafted Request for Proposal (RFP) issued for Lease Options, advertised on District and State website September 15, 2016 RFP response due date; PMC and Clark Hill to review technical and financial information from proposal responses Early-October PMC and Clark Hill provide an update to the Board of Education regarding each of the proposals received and discuss next steps Mid-October PMC present an update to the Advisory Committee regarding proposals received. The Advisory Committee to review the the proposals received and provide insight for Board review November PMC provides potential recommendations for Lahser Update on Master Property Planning Preliminary Process
